Print Re-Banding Details

This report is only available if the web database re-banding system is in use.

It shows summary details of groups being re-banded and allows selection of the groups to print by status and date.

 

Options for the report are as follows:

Select by Status

Use the check boxes to select the current status of the groups to be in the report.

 

Select by Date Range

The selection can be further refined by selecting a range of dates for a specified event. For example, it would be possible to print all groups that gained formal re-banding approval in the previous month.

 

Report Columns

The content of the columns on the report is as follows:

Group

The speciality, trust, site and group name

 

Pattern

The grade specified for the group and the pattern type

 

Hours

The average weekly duty and work hours calculated from the pattern (if defined) and the last monitoring study (if on file).

 

Band

The band calculated from the pattern alone, from the last monitoring study alone, and the new band to be paid (if defined).

 

Implement

The implementation date for the new working practises.

 

Approval Status

The current status and the date requested or granted.
