Return Summary Print

The command to run the "Return Summary Print" can be found on the "Prints" menu.

The aim of this report is to gather together the information required for ministerial returns. Only groups with the "Return Print Flag" checked will appear on this report. Only groups visible on the main DRS screen will appear in the report, so the standard filters can be used for selection. More precise selection can be achieved by individually selecting (CRTL or Shift plus mouse click in the right hand selector column) the groups required for the report.

Before the report is printed, the user is given the option to produce a CSV file of the results. This file is always called drsreturn.csv and will be created in the normal DRS file area:

For Windows 95/98 and NT systems it is the same place as the program files:

c:\program files\drs\

For Windows 2000 and XP it is:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Shared Documents\drs\

It can be loaded into a spreadsheet for additional data to be added and for further formatting.
